Arabidopsis Biological Resource Center

The Arabidopsis Biological Resource Center is proud to announce the publication of Following Phenotypes: An Exploration of Mendelian Genetics Using Arabidopsis Plants in the April issue of The American Biology Teacher. This article is based off of the popular ABRC Greening the Classroom kit Play Mendel, which provides ready-to-teach protocols for two experiments that demonstrate the fundamentals of Mendel's Laws. Through these activities students will investigate mutant and reference strains of Arabidopsis to determine the inhertiance of two unique traits.
