PIPL-GFP cassette for generation of N-terminal fusions. Constructed by inserting an amplified Eco-RI-SalI fragment of the PIPL (His18-StrepII-HA) coding region without the stop codon and a SalI-SacI fragment of the GFP coding region with the start but no stop codon into EcoRI-SacI sites of pBSKII.
