Transgenic line generated from a cross between the catalytically inactive iDePP control line (MAP-mCH-dOCRL(dead)) (CS2110786) and a biosensor for PI4P (mCIT-P4M(SidM)) (CS2107346). Control showing that induction of inactive (dead) OCRL has no impact on PI4P. Col-0 background. Hygromycin and BASTA resistant. Homozygous for the transgenes. This line is part of the iDePP set of lines (CS2110797).
