Description:
pEML3::GFP-EML3 minigene was constructed by moving the EML3 coding sequence from pENTR-EML3 to pGWB6 using Multisite Gateway Technology (Invitrogen). The CaMV35S promoter in pGWB6 was replaced by the EML3 promoter region (1.1kb upstream of the EML3 coding sequence) generating pEML3::GFP-EML3. pEML3::GFP-EML3 was transformed into eml3-4 mutant plants (CS69825) by floral dip. Hygromycin and Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
