Description:
Transgenic line overexpressing KMD2. cDNA covering the complete KMD2 coding sequence was cloned into pCR8/GW/TOPO and recombined into pEarleyGate 103 for C-terminal fusion with GFP and expression driven by the CaMV 35S promoter. Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method and selection was performed based on resistance to Basta. Homozygous for the transgene.
