Description:
prp4ka-4 mutant isolated from a population of EMS-mutagenized seedlings homozygous for the T locus (CS69640) in a forward genetic screen for mutants showing modified splicing of an alternatively spliced GFP reporter gene. G to A transition (Chr 3:9455119) results in premature termination codon (Q546*). Backcrossed once with the wild-type T line (CS69640) and selfed twice to generate the BC1F3 generation. Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
