Description:
Transgenic line; N-terminal fusion of GFP to FAMA driven by the 2.5-kb FAMA upstream region. The translational fusion was generated by digesting FAMA in the pMDC43 vector with PstI and KpnI to remove the CaMV 35S promoter and replace it with a PCR-amplified 2.5-kb FAMA promoter. Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Hygromycin resistant. Segregating for the transgene.
