Description:
CRISPR-exo70A3-1 mutant (CS72274) transformed with the H haplogroup LAC-5 EXO70A3 allele. The EXO70A3 promoter sequence from Col-0 and EXO70A3 protein coding genomic sequence from the LAC-5 natural accession were PCR amplified and cloned into the pGreen0029 binary vector using the In-Fusion Cloning system. The floral dip method was used to transform CRISPR-exo70A3-1 mutant plants. Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
