ino-6 mutant produced by CRISPR-Cas9 mutagenesis resulting in a 1 base pair deletion at one location and much further down, a one base pair insertion at a second location. Frame shift results in complete null allele. Transgene for CRISPR mutagenesis has been segregated out.
Growth Requirement: Essentially female sterile; must be carried as a heterozygote. Provided seeds are segregating for the mutation.
