zc3hc1-5 mutant isolated from a population of EMS-mutagenized coilin mutant (hgf1-8) seedlings homozygous for the Target transgene (CS69639). The zc3hc1-5 mutation (C to T transition, Chr 1:18108986) introduces a premature stop codon: Q386*. Homozygous for the T locus (Target transgene) and both mutations. M3 generation was donated.
