Transgenic line expressing the dexamethasone-inducible p35S::GVG-6XUAS::LFY transgene. A LFY coding sequence with gateway-compatible ends was amplified from cDNA obtained from inflorescence shoots of wild type Col-0 plants, incorporated into the pTA7002 binary vector and transformed into wild type Ler-0 plants. Hygromycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
