afb2-1 afb3-1 afb145 quintuple mutant: afb1-3 (SALK_070172; CS69650), afb2-1 (Wisconsin KO T-DNA; CS72718), afb3-1 (Wisconsin KO T-DNA), afb4-8 (SALK_201329; CS69641), and afb5-5 (SALK_110643; CS69643). afb3-1 has a Wisconsin KO T-DNA replacing nucleotides 678-689 of the third exon with left borders adjacent to both upstream and downstream junctions.
Growth Requirement: Due to reduced pollen production, this line is very susceptable to outcrossing by stray pollen grains. The progeny from outcrossing are usually obvious due to larger size and increased fertility.
