A full-length synthetic PGX1 coding sequence was cloned into pEarleyGate 104 using the Gateway cloning ststem to generate the overexpression construct 35S:YFP-PGX1. Col plants were transformed using the floral dip method. BASTA resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
