Description:
Transgenic line. A 2-kb fragment upstream of the PLL12 start codon was TA cloned into the pCR8/GW/TOPO entry vector and then LR cloned into pMDC162, which contains a GUS coding sequence. The plasmid was then transformed into Col-0 and transgenic plants were selected on hygromycin to obtain homozygous lines.
