Description:
Transgenic microRNA-sensitive fluorescence reporter line for HAM3. The 3,816 bp HAM3 promoter was amplified and cloned before 2xYPET-N7mirS; and the 1,755 bp HAM3 3’ untranslated sequence was PCR amplified and cloned 3’ of the 2xYPEY-N7mirS fragment. The fused DNA fragment was introduced into pMOA34 and Ler plants were transformed. Hygromycin selection. Homozygous for the transgene.
