Transgenic MIF2 overexpression line. The entire CDS and partial 5’ and 3’ UTR regions of MIF2 from Col-0 genomic DNA was cloned into the pGEM-T vector. The plasmid was then inserted into the binary vector pRR2222 to generate the 35S::MIF2 construct. Hygromycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
