Description:
Transgenic line. The promoter region of CBP60g (AT5G26920) was amplified by PCR from genomic DNA of Col-0, fused with a nuclear localization signal (NLS) and cloned into pMpGWB123 containing the coding sequence for the 3xmCitrine reporter. Col-0 plants were transformed and selected with hygromycin. Homozygous for the transgene.
