Description:
Oestradiol-inducible FIE artificial miRNA mutant (fie-amiR-es). The PLB21 amiRNA vector was transformed into Col-0 plants using the Agrobacterium tumefaciens (strain GV3101)-mediated floral-dip method51. Positive transformants were selected based on kanamycin resistance. 10 mM oestradiol was added into the medium at the beginning of germination to induce FIE depletion. Without oestradiol, plant showed normal development
