Description:
Transgenic line carrying a yellow fluorescent protein based membrane marker pLH13 (p35S::mCitrine-RCI2A) in an lgo-2, ftsh4-5 double mutant background. pLH13 consists of mCitrine tagged to RARE-COLD-INDUCIBLE 2A (RCI2A) protein driven by the CaMV 35S promoter. The membrane marker silences frequently, and hence requires screening in each generation.
